Ingredients
60gm sliced dried porcini mushrooms
1 sliced red bell pepper
1 sliced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation
Clean the porcini mushrooms: Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel or a soft-bristled brush. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add sliced porcini mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
